Refund policy

At Alto the Label, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully designed and created to meet the highest standards.

Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any purchases. However, we want you to love your Alto the Label pieces, and we are happy to offer exchanges for alternative sizes or styles, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please ensure the item:

• Is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Includes original tags and packaging

• Is requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note: customers are responsible for any return shipping costs when sending an item back for exchange. We will cover the shipping of your new item to you once the exchange has been processed.
